Ford, in their infinite wisdom (?) seem to have changed from using a DP sensor with two hoses to the DPF, to a pressure sensor with just one hose. I can only guess that it is a gauge pressure sensor, and they are assuming the outlet pressure of the DPF is near atmospheric pressure, just a bit of back pressure from the muffler & pipe, that can Investigating and fixing fault code P2455 DPF particulate filter pressure sensor A circuit high voltage on a 2016 Ford Focus 2.0 Diesel. I'm not familiar with that engine but there should be a pressure sensor on either side of the DPF (metal tubes leading to the actual sensors) and some electrical temperature sensors. Once the dpf_load reached 200% the car went into limp mode so it must be the dpf thats causing the limp mode at least. Next option seems to be the oxy sensor.
